Air Freight Product Director

You are now invited to apply for the position: Air Freight Product Director The main responsabilities for this position will be: Increase the Air Freight Product on a national level Establish and maintain contact with the main national and international Air Freight suppliers. Monitor compliance with KPIs, budget, and other corporate requirements. Maintain relationships with various airlines and suppliers, fostering mature and long-term business relationships. Participate in air product negotiations. Develop the air product commercially. Support the quoting and implementation of projects and tenders. Supplier evaluation. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical guidelines and regulations Ensure business profitability through cost and sales analysis. Ensure that supplier registration is carried out according to established guidelines. Lead and coach the Air Freight Product Team Requirements Bachelor´s Degree completed (master´s preferred) Minimum 7 years of experience in air freight logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or product management role. In-depth knowledge of the domestic air cargo market, airline operations, tariffs, and regulatory environment in Mexico. Fluent in English; French is a strong plus. Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
