Join the Ennovi family and become part of our team as an Industrial Engineer: Position Overview The Industrialization Engineer is responsible for the design and development of the production environment of new products while ensuring that high quality standards are met. The position requires deep technical and operational understanding of industrial processes and the ability to coordinate across production-related functions. The Industrialization Engineer must have excellent problem solving skills and must be able to develop creative solutions. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills in order to ensure successful delivery of projects. The aim of the job is: Define the optimal technological and production procedure for achieving the customer's requirements within the framework of RFQ demand management. Define equipment price and process costs within RFQ demand management. Based on R&D outputs, implement new technologies and equipment into the production process. Review and evaluate product manufacturability for new products. Participate in the selection of suppliers of technologies, machines and tools. Design Process Flow for the given product, and cooperate in PFMEA assessment. Collaborate on the design of optimal packaging for new products (internal and customer). Evaluate the effectively designed and implemented process within the framework of the launch of new projects according to APQP requirements. Main Responsibilities Responsible for: Design and develop industrial automation systems, production processes, and workflows. Develop and implement operational strategies to meet customer requirements. Coordinate with other engineers and technicians to ensure proper installation and maintenance of industrial automation systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to industrial automation systems. Monitor and analyze production data to identify and address areas of improvement. Defining process and machine costs. Checking and evaluating the manufacturability of the products. Designing the process flow chart. Validating and verifying the implemented device technology. Job Requirements & Qualification Degree or Diploma in relevant field. Minimum 5 year experience in design and development of industrial automation systems. Knowledge of troubleshooting technics, e.g.: 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa. Reading technical documentation. Good organizational and communication skills, independence, responsibility, reliability, teamwork ability. Knowledge of MS Office. Basic presentation skills. Minimum B2 level English skills. Willingness to travel. Experience in assembly, welding, bonding, plastic injection, automation technology. Experience in the automotive environment, knowledge of APQP and PPAP. Robotics/PLC experience is a plus. SAP, BOM, ROUTES (ideally) almost essential Knowledge of packaging (packaging standards, packaging types, packaging weight calculation) (ideally) Core tools (FMEA, flowchart) Experience in the automotive industry is preferred Knowledge of assembly, molding, and stamping processes NOTE: Temporal position to support newport transfer for 6 months after onboarding Benefits: Benefits above those required by law Hours: 7 a.m. to 4:36 p.m., Monday through Friday Company transportation Subsidized cafeteria Food vouchers Savings fund Located in Technology Park in Zapopan, Jalisco
