Role : GNS Agent Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system Track and Trace files and reporting Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standards Work with other departments (Ocean, Air) to manage and integrate goods into the network using ground services Qualifications 1-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results Pro-active, strong organizational skills Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory) Additional Information Expeditors offers benefits Employee Stock Purchase Plan Training and Personnel Development Program All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
