Your Role Define and manage the sales forecast process to ensure the availability of requested products in the right quantity and at the right time. Develop sales forecasts on a monthly and weekly basis in tons and units for each product, related to 6 rolling months and an 18-month Mid-Term forecast per brand/format. Establish, track, and improve local Demand Planning procedures to increase process efficiency and forecast accuracy, acting as the process owner. Serve as the interface between Global Supply Chain and Local Sales and Marketing teams. Lead the S&OP process, building a reliable and shared forecast from customer level to country level to reach consensus. Proactively anticipate issues and manage market unpredictability. Monitor complexities and identify hurdles for creating new promotional formats. Your Skills University degree in Engineering or Economics. 1-2 years of experience in a similar position. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced Excel. Proficiency in English and Italian. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multi-functional team.
