Client Consultant

At dentsu we're looking for a Client Consultant, in Milan. The purpose of this role is provide support and assistance in managing client plans and day-to-day activities while collaborating with colleagues. Job Description: Key Responsabilities Project Management: ensure projects and plans meet objectives and stay on time/budget Client Support: Assist Client Manager with client liaison and administration Activation Units Management: definition of briefs for unit activations in line with clients’ KPIs and business objectives. Keep updated on the Client’s marketplace through competitor reviews and reading Develop strong working relationships with Clients Ensure Client needs are met quickly, efficiently and completely with the defined timings and a high quality output for all activities Requirements At least 2 years of experience in international agencies Strong understanding of paid media planning principles; media offline is a plus Great client relationship skills, with the ability to engage high-profile stakeholders using the appropriate tone and approach Good level of English, spoken and written Excellent organizational and relational skills Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and autonomy in day-to-day project management Positive attitude, team spirit, and a strong commitment to excellence in client service Location: Milan Brand: Dentsu X Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent Can’t find a suitable job?
