Joining the Business Transformation team in Turin places you in a fast-growing, talented team involved in impactful projects for major clients, in contact with top management. Your responsibilities will include : Rethinking operating models of key functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) using organizational and operational levers to improve performance aligned with strategies; Supporting organizational redesign and process re-engineering through change management, providing levers to unlock full potential; Evaluating impacts and benefits of initiatives, monitoring performance, and planning to address gaps. Your Skills and Characteristics - Come As You Are This role is suitable if you have : A master’s degree in Management, Business Administration , or Management Engineering ; Excellent English skills, ideally with international study or work experience.
