The successful candidate will support project managers on consulting projects for leading financial intermediaries. MAIN REQUIREMENTS : The ideal candidate will assist work teams in consulting activities primarily focused on the IT departments of client banks, concerning product and process developments requested by end users, specifically: Business requirement analysis and identification / design of developments Definition of functional and technical specifications related to proposed developments Support for development, configuration, and testing of developments Assistance during the release phases of developments Process monitoring This role involves working with modules of the proprietary software suite in areas such as: Asset & Liability Management Liquidity Risk Management Treasury Performance Analysis Balance Sheet Management EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, computer science, statistics, or engineering disciplines Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus SOFT SKILLS : Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills Strong communication and organizational skills Time management and ability to work in a team LOCATION & BENEFITS : Our commitment to our people is reflected in our 'Total Compensation' approach, which includes fixed and variable salary components, a comprehensive Welfare Plan, and additional Benefits aimed at employee well-being.
