Job Description

For a leading client operating in the industrial sector, we are currently looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner . This role will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner for both management and employees, supporting the full employee life cycle and ensuring effective HR service delivery in line with business objectives. Responsibilities Design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration of new hires; Ensure accurate and compliant HR administration, including employee records and contractual changes; Provide guidance to management on labor law, employee relations, and internal HR policies; Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers; Support line managers in daily workforce planning and operational HR matters; Manage industrial relations and handle employee relation issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders; Provide data-driven recommendations to management for resolving HR issues and enhancing team effectiveness; Support workforce planning initiatives, including succession planning, job rotation, and organizational flexibility; Coordinate performance review processes and compensation reviews in alignment with company policies; Roll out local action plans in line with the global Employee Experience Strategy; Develop and implement site-specific HR strategies that support business goals and local compliance; Promote employee engagement through development projects, retention strategies, and feedback mechanisms; Drive implementation of learning initiatives and support local Talent Development Programs; Lead internal communication initiatives to foster a transparent and positive work environment; Ensure full compliance with internal audits, labor regulations, and corporate procedures; Collaborate with external vendors to manage temporary and contingent workforce effectively; Support continuous improvement initiatives by promoting a lean culture and tracking key HR metrics and KPIs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or related field; Master's in HR Management is a strong plus; 5–7 years of progressive HR experience in international industrial/manufacturing environments; Solid knowledge of local labor laws and national collective agreements; Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on inclusivity, diversity, and employee well-being; Strong expertise in HR budgeting, cost control, and workforce planning; Excellent conflict management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; High emotional intelligence and a people-first approach; Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset; Exceptional organizational and time management skills; Proficient in HRIS systems; experience with SuccessFactors and Zucchetti is a strong asset; Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel; Fluent in English; other languages are a plus; Strong engagement and motivational capabilities.
