Position Overview Reporting directly to the Deputy Global COO, you will be key in Agicap’s journey to surpass €100M in ARR in the coming years. Main Mission As a CS Strategic Projects Manager, you will oversee impactful projects within the Customer Success department, working closely with management across all CS functions: Care, Account Management, Tech, and Implementation. You will act as a trusted business partner, understanding team pains, identifying solutions, and managing change across multiple countries (France, DACH, Italy, UK, Spain). Key Responsibilities Contribute to CS organizational changes Define onboarding strategies to activate our 8000 customers Implement efficiency programs to enhance client value Align compensation plans with growth strategies Create and improve internal processes collaboratively Support change management initiatives Deliver operational solutions and changes Qualifications Over 3 years of experience, preferably in consulting or SaaS scale-ups Master's degree from a top business or engineering school Proactive, operational problem-solving mindset Impact-driven, entrepreneurial attitude Good understanding of B2B SaaS and Treasury Management Systems (TMS) Excellent communication skills in French, German, or Italian (native), and fluent English Ability to adapt to a fast-scaling environment Leadership skills to work with diverse teams and improve performance Location & Benefits Ideally based in Berlin, Lyon, Milan, or Lisbon Primarily on-site with some remote days Competitive salary and benefits Dynamic, innovative work environment Opportunities for growth and development J-18808-Ljbffr
