Senior Construction Project Coordinator

Are you a seasoned project manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Project Manager to lead the project of a prefabricated base camp / Model Farm from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within quality standards. Supervise engineering activities and the elaboration of project's technical documents Be responsible for managing all activities involved in EPC projects covering define and execution phases including HSE, engineering, detail design, construction supervision, contractual management, inspection and quality control Manage project budget, keep the projects on schedule, interface with regulatory authorities, supervise plant start-up, and turnover to the client Key Qualifications : Minimum 10 years of overall experience, of which minimum 5 years of proven experience as Project manager in Building Works / civil construction projects (contract value > 50 million) in remote areas and multicultural environments Skilled in management of engineering activities and technical documents Knowledge of contract law with regards to construction projects Degree in Engineering Fluent in English and French languages J-18808-Ljbffr
