We are seeking a Senior Engineer to operate and oversee the power plant, switchyard, and FCRS control systems in accordance with standard operating procedures, environmental, and safety standards. Monitor and control all process parameters of the power plant, switchyard, and FCRS to ensure operation within pre-set limits. Implement real-time dispatch (RTD), well utilization schedules, PMS, and emergency maintenance schedules in coordination with team leadership and operators. Consult with leadership for deviations from plans. Coordinate the efficient operation of the Power Plant, Switchyard, and FCRS with operators and maintenance personnel. Authorize and verify shift parameters and field inspections to ensure proper operation. Collaborate with Production Technicians and Operators to optimize energy generation and manage steam efficiently. Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the Power Plant and FCRS. Prepare and submit accurate reports and documentation related to plant operations. Provide guidelines and instructions for start-up, routine operation, and shutdown of plant systems and equipment. Initiate corrective actions during critical conditions and emergencies.
