Role As PROJECT HSE ENGINEER , you will join our HSEQ team to conduct project management activities related to health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ). Your initial responsibilities will include: Providing support to develop, manage, and improve the safety Management System during the engineering and development phases (EPIC Projects). Training Opportunity During the first 6 months, you will attend the Management Systems in Energy Transition and Digitalization for Sustainable Development (Master HSEQ Marco Satta), a 1st level master starting in the 2025/2026 academic year at the University of Pisa, organized by the Consorzio Universitario in Ingegneria per la Qualità e l’Innovazione (QUINN). Master Program Objectives Develop multidisciplinary resources with competencies in HSEQ within the energy sector, emphasizing sustainability and energy transition. Provide technical and scientific understanding of Saipem’s industrial context. Enhance management skills related to project knowledge and digital innovations in the energy sector. Qualifications Graduates in Engineering, Chemistry, Geology, or Sciences. Experience 1-3 years as Project HSE Engineer, Project Quality Engineer, Environmental Engineer, or similar roles. Language Skills Advanced English proficiency (C1) in speaking and writing. IT Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Soft Skills Excellent communication, proactive attitude, teamwork, and ability to work independently. Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Employment Details Permanent contract.
