Visit us at: www.jyxpackaging.com About the Role We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England. Responsibilities Enhance and strengthen the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to achieve sales targets. Build robust and effective business relationships with clients. Manage sales and support processes to ensure profitability. Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany. Report sales activities weekly and monthly to the Vice President. Required Skills Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in the packaging industry (clients in cosmetics, fragrance, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics). Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and in English. Proficiency in MS Office software. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills. Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets. Experience in the packaging industry. We Offer Performance-based salary (base bonus) with annual raises possible.
