What you will do This Position sits within the Marketing Laundry organization, reporting to the Senior Marketing Director. The main purpose of the job is to support the analysis of the business performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance kpis like market share, price index and profitability growth. The role is responsible for supporting monthly and specific reports preparation, leveraging GFK and other tools to help understand market trends and identify business opportunities. The person will be in charge of the following activities: Data Analysis Gather and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. Process Improvement: Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states, proposing solutions that meet business needs and objectives. Communication Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, ensuring that technology solutions align with corporate goals. Monthly reporting preparation Following Business requests from European organization and Global headquarters What you need to succeed Must have Education : A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, information technology, or a related field is typically required. Professional Experience : Previous experience in business analysis or a related field is often preferred, along with knowledge of industry-specific practices. Language : High level of Italian & English, written and spoken Technical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement. Familiarity with data analysis tools and software, as well as understanding of IT systems and business operations. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Ability to develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
