Quality Incoming Inspection Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities Definition and creation of incoming inspection plans Inspecting incoming materials to verify compliance with specifications Rejecting and returning non-compliant materials Maintaining inspection tools and calibration records Documenting inspection results and generating reports Training production employees in the use of measuring instruments Participating in the development of measurement methods and selection of appropriate measuring equipment, including measurement capability studies Implementing corrective actions for nonconforming materials Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards Your Qualifications & Skills Technical high school diploma or university degree in a technical field (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent) Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive sector Solid knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools (e.g., 8D, process approval, statistical process control) Familiarity with continuous improvement principles (e.g., 5S, PDCA cycle) Basic knowledge of risk management (e.g., FMEA) and project management is considered a plus Proficient in MS Office Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits WHY ALPITRONIC Together with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
