About the Role: We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Finance Department as an Overhead Controller Specialist. This role plays a key part in managing the planning processes for overheads, including budgeting and forecasting, as well as overseeing the Sales Force Incentive Plan. Main Responsibilities: As part of the Ferrero team, you will find yourself in a dynamic and international environment where your contributions will directly support strategic financial decisions. You will take ownership of the budget and forecast cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. A significant part of your role will involve maintaining and analyzing the costs related to the sales force incentive program, as well as managing monthly and year-end financial closures. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in monitoring costs, analyzing cost centers, and identifying gaps through scenario analysis. You will also be responsible for delivering timely and insightful reports to various stakeholders across the organization. Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone who has successfully completed studies in Business Management and brings 2 to 3 years of relevant experience to the table. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with experienced business partners. An analytical mindset, combined with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently, will help you thrive in this role. Experience in the FMCG sector is considered a valuable asset. In terms of technical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office—particularly Excel and PowerPoint—is required. Familiarity with SAP CO and other SAP modules, HR applications such as BI HRSP, and group reporting tools like HFM or Essbase will be highly beneficial.
