Qualifications and Skills: University degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or similar; Experience with modeling software, including our client’s products or similar; Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken); Good knowledge of Office tools; Strong logical and analytical skills; Willingness to learn and challenge oneself in a stimulating environment; Ability to organize tasks independently and respond to sudden requests. Additional Skills (Plus): Knowledge of actuarial methodologies such as capital modeling, reinsurance, reserving, pricing; Knowledge of Solvency II mechanisms; Knowledge of IFRS17 and/or IFRS9 accounting principles; Knowledge of a second European language (Spanish and French preferred); Knowledge of statistical software like Matlab, R, or Python; Knowledge of programming languages.
