As a Graduate Specialist Program - Junior Sales Engineer Linear Technologies , you will join our Sales Team based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) . You will participate in a blended training program designed to enhance your technical knowledge and cross-functional skills such as sales, communication, teamwork, and business processes. This program combines local training with international experience at our plants and headquarters, providing exposure to the full commercial cycle and a solid foundation in customer development and Linear Technologies solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Helping shape the future by developing new markets through identifying and approaching untapped customers, supporting the expansion of our sales network, and contributing to business growth. Gaining experience in cooperation by working alongside the local sales team and collaborating with international colleagues and headquarters, sharing insights, and learning best practices. Using creativity and developing your knowledge of market dynamics and customer needs to recommend suitable solutions, as well as representing the company at industry events and trade fairs to explore new business opportunities. Qualifications What distinguishes you? Education & Language Skills: University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. Proficiency in English at minimum B1 level, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and headquarters. Organizational Skills: Motivated to achieve results and focused on customer satisfaction. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, team-oriented mindset, reliability, proactivity, entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and passion for industrial and technological fields.
