Become part of our great team as a Technical and Scientific Expert As a Technical and Scientific Expert, you will provide exceptional technical support to both internal business operations and external customers. Your responsibilities include implementing technical strategies, actively listening to customer needs, delivering timely solutions, serving as a knowledge hub for company products and services, and demonstrating industry-leading technical expertise through various channels and interactions. Your responsibilities Deliver excellent technical support to both the business and external customers. Implement the technical strategy of assigned accounts. Listen to customers and the business to gather relevant technical information. Translate and transfer relevant information to support tactical and strategic goals. Answer technical inquiries and provide solutions promptly. Be proactive and initiate projects proactively. Act as a knowledge center for Datwyler Healthcare Solutions products, processes, and services, and continually improve our knowledge base. Transfer this knowledge to customers through high-quality reports and documents. Serve as the interface between external customers and internal technical functions. Leading and / or supporting customer project management Act as the voice of the customer in business strategic projects. Lead customer-specific projects as a project leader. Demonstrate industry-leading technical expertise both inside and outside the organization. Build Datwyler HS's technical credibility internally and externally by delivering tech days, conference presentations, customer webinars, training sessions, and internal training. Build a technical knowledge base through industry associations and external conferences. Develop technical relationships with customers and in the pharma industry. Adapt flexibly to different customer situations, profiles, and expectations. Collect information, including competitor insights, at events and customer interactions to support product and commercial strategies. Align with business, product, and customer strategies. Location and Travel This position offers remote work flexibility, with regular presence at our office in Belgium, Germany, Italy, or Switzerland. Approximately 20–30% travel is required, including conferences, trade shows, and customer visits. Candidates should be comfortable with both domestic and international travel and attending targeted industry events. Profile A Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Thorough understanding and technical knowledge of products, processes, and materials in the assigned area. Good knowledge of domain-specific legislation, standards, rules, and procedures. Curiosity and a proactive, can-do attitude. Fluent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
