Location, Type, Skill, Responsibilities & More IT Support Specialist Location Rome, Italy. Type Full Time Hours 8 hours per day Skills & Responsibilities Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed. Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution. Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010. Cisco Jabber is also supported. Have basic knowledge of Mac OS to support Apple PC users. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware. Perform preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers. Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and hardware/software issues. Possess broad IT knowledge, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms. Work effectively in project-based environments requiring flexibility and teamwork. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Valid work permit. Extensive IT and computer knowledge. Several years of professional experience in user support and solution evaluation/design.
