Key responsibilities: Manage labor relations with employees, ensuring compliance with current regulations and laws, and maintaining proper relations with internal and external representatives. Monitor and evaluate employees on staffing contracts. Handle relations with external entities such as the Labor Inspectorate, social security, mutual insurance, accident institutions, Public Order Authorities, and relevant Industrial Associations. Oversee administrative activities in collaboration with the payroll service provider. Disseminate knowledge of regulations related to SOX and IATF, ensuring compliance, especially concerning customer-specific requirements. Ensure adherence to national collective bargaining agreements. Act as the focal point for HR Service Center. Manage labor relations with internal and external representatives. Support meetings with RSUs and manage bargaining issues. Define performance bonuses in agreement with the plant RSU, aligning with finance directives and KPIs from the collective agreement. Coordinate with the Plant Manager and HR Director on plant human resources planning and management. Set objectives and KPIs for the HR function in collaboration with the Plant Manager and HR Director, monitoring progress systematically. Work with hiring managers to define profile characteristics and oversee the recruitment process with the European HR team. Ensure coaching conversations are conducted and integrated into training plans. Assist in drafting training needs plans, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies. Collaborate with finance on personnel budgeting and cost analysis, including FTE/hc analysis, vacation accruals, and restructuring plans. Minimum requirements: University degree in HR or related field; Master in HR is a plus. Fluency in English and Italian. Experience leading HR departments in manufacturing environments, preferably in the automotive sector. Experience working in an international environment, with US experience considered a plus.
