TMC Italia is looking for a Business Analyst based in Milan (Italy) to lead the implementation and adoption of Airtable at one of our customers. About This Vacancy Your challenges? Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the implementation of Airtable Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope Design and develop Airtable solutions tailored to meet business needs Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Airtable Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Airtable solutions and make necessary adjustments Create detailed documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials Stay updated with Airtable features and best practices to continuously improve solutions What We Expect From You Master's degree in technical disciplines Proven experience as a Business Analyst Mandatory experience in implementing Airtable Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Project management experience is a plus Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in Italian and in English Availability for occasional international business trips across Europe Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC What You Can Expect From Us TMC is an international high-tech consultancy company that brings expertise to their clients in order to support them with the realization of their technological challenges.
