In this position the resource will be involved in: Ensure the management, maintenance, certification and preparation of the Lifting equipment such as crawler cranes, mobile wheeled cranes, tower cranes, self propelled trailers, forklifts and manlifts. Define the planning of the assigned equipment in coordination with the project/Bid proposal team in order to optimize the utilization of Saipem fleet; Prepare the technical specification required for the purchase of new asset and follow up the whole supply chain process including the final test always ensuring the application of Saipem Quality and Safety standards; Prepare the necessary scope of work for the cyclical and extraordinary maintenances of the assigned equipment, coordinate and supervise the execution of the same to ensure the highest possible efficiency and reliability during project phase; Ensure technical support to the operation team in case of troubleshooting to guarantee the minimum downtime and cost impact to vessels during the project execution; Coordinate and supervise the subcontractors mobilized to perform the required maintenance or repair works on board and at our onshore bases; Ensure the compliance with Saipem HSE and Quality standards and international regulation with proper training and courses. QUALIFICATION: Master’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Offshore engineering are the preferred qualifications but also other engineering disciplines may be considered; KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Good command of written and spoken English LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: permanent contract YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of experience with a machine maintenance sector will be an advantage; IT SKILLS: Microsoft office package Proefficint pc user SOFT SKILLS: Flexibility NICE TO HAVE: Eager to travel globally and grow professionally within an international and multicultural environment; Capable to collaborate across different multicultural teams resolving conflicts sensitively and in a pragmatic manner.
