Responsibilities Determine resources based on project complexity. Manage project timelines, costs, and quality. Coordinate team in designing and sizing HVAC, heating, and plumbing systems. Develop technical drawings and schematics (CAD/BIM). Prepare technical reports and project documentation. Your Profile The ideal candidate will possess: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. At least two years of experience in designing civil mechanical systems. Skills in thermal calculations and insulation (Law 10). Proficiency in software like Termus, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP. Knowledge of cost estimation software (e.g., Primus) is a plus. Good command of English. Proactivity and interest in Project and People Management.
