In this role, you will manage and organize training courses for client companies within the Financed Training team. Responsibilities: Plan and organize training courses (in-person and/or online) Manage contacts with trainers and logistical support Collect and manage participant registrations Assign and organize training rooms Monitor attendance and collect attendance records Handle administrative aspects related to training projects Collect and analyze post-course feedback Prepare reports Requirements: Previous experience, even brief, in similar roles, preferably in financed or corporate training Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Good interpersonal and communication skills Autonomy, flexibility, and team-oriented attitude Knowledge of training management tools (e.g., LMS, CRM) is a plus Must be registered under art 1 law 68/99 for targeted placement Location: ROMA We are Gi Group Holding (www.gigroupholding.it), Italy's leading multinational employment group, offering HR services globally.
