Job Description

The Events Manager will play a central role in bringing to life the extraordinary experiences conceived by the Bolza family, curating every detail with precision and creativity. From intimate dinners under the stars to large-scale cultural happenings, this role is about transforming ideas into unforgettable moments, always in harmony with the soul of Reschio. You will oversee the full event cycle – from initial inspiration to flawless execution – working closely with all departments and trusted partners to deliver bespoke experiences for guests and visitors alike. Align with the Bolza family’s vision by collaborating with them and the creative team to develop unique event formats and thematic narratives inspired by the estate’s history, nature, and architecture; Serve as theguardian of each event’s vision, ensuring the seamless translation of ideas into refined, on-brand experiences; Coordinate all operational aspects of events – from logistics and supplier coordination to staffing and on-the-ground execution – ensuring precision and excellence; Work closelywith departments including F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations and consistent quality across all touchpoints; Develop and maintain detailed event documentation, timelines, floorplans, and post-event reports; Promote a proactive, guest-focused culture with a commitment to exceeding expectations at every stage. Strong creative vision with an eye for beauty, storytelling, and emotional impact, in line with Reschio’s distinctive aesthetic; Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple events simultaneously without compromising quality; Deep understandingof luxury hospitality standards and the ability to translate those into bespoke, emotionally resonant experiences; Attention todetail and an uncompromising commitment to excellence in every phase of the event process; Fluency in Englishand Italian (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset; Proficiency in event planning tools, timelines, and budget management software.
