The successful candidate will support project managers on consulting projects for leading financial intermediaries. MAIN REQUIREMENTS : The ideal candidate will assist work teams in consulting activities primarily aimed at the IT departments of client banks, focusing on product and process developments requested by end users, specifically: Business requirement analysis and identification / design of developments Definition of functional and technical specifications related to the proposed developments Support for development, configuration, and testing of the developments Assistance during the release phases of the developments Process monitoring The work will cover the following thematic areas addressed by various modules of the proprietary software suite: Asset & Liability Management Liquidity Risk Management Treasury Performance Analysis Balance Sheet Management EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, computer science, statistics, or engineering disciplines Good knowledge of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus SOFT SKILLS : Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Effective time management and teamwork skills LOCATION : WHAT WE OFFER : Our history and future are rooted in valuing our people.
