Social network you want to login/join with: The Amazon Business Analysts are responsible for converting data into actionable business insights, supporting the Performance Manager and the Amazon e-Kams to enhance performance and strategic management of customers. They are analysis experts who leverage various data platforms and analytical tools to provide timely, meaningful, and consumable information. The high speed of execution in Amazon's operations makes this role crucial for managing operational activities effectively. Principle Accountabilities: Profitability analysis of different T&Cs linked to Amazon business development to determine actionable benefits. Daily follow-up with the Amazon Performance Manager on operational activities such as Buy Box management, price tracking, template management, bonus procedures, and sell-out analysis. Supporting e-Kams with operational activities related to business category excellence across EU countries. Reviewing and analyzing large datasets from various sources and the Amazon API data lake to suggest improvements for business and account performance. Job Profile Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent. Numerate with strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office (mandatory) and SAP (nice to have). Advanced Excel skills. Basic commercial knowledge. Strong analytical background. Desirable: Experience with SAP IBP. Skills: Strong analytical approach. Teamwork attitude. Active and persuasive problem-solving skills.
