Job Description: As an AWS Cloud Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of enterprise applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cloud solutions aligned with business objectives. Job Duties: Design, deploy, and manage enterprise AWS cloud infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and security. Work with development teams to architect and implement solutions using AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation. Create and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code templates. Monitor and optimize AWS resource performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Implement cloud security controls, including IAM, VPC, and data encryption. Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues. Stay updated on AWS services and best practices, recommending their adoption. Collaborate on cloud governance, compliance, and disaster recovery policies. Participate in hybrid cloud design and implementation, integrating on-premises infrastructure. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or equivalent. Experience: At least 4 years designing and managing AWS cloud infrastructure. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, Bash. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of cloud security, IAM, VPC, Security Groups. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like CloudFormation or Terraform. Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing). Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Elastic Stack, or Prometheus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
