Our business started in the industrial gasket sector and has evolved into a recognized brand in industrial components and in spare parts for motorcycles, cars, and naval applications, including competitive sports. Position Role Description We are looking for a dynamic, organized individual with a passion for the two-wheeled world to join our marketing team with cross-functional responsibilities in events and communication. The selected candidate will be involved in corporate and digital communication activities, planning and managing trade shows and events, and supporting the entire marketing department on various projects, taking ownership of specific initiatives and providing operational and strategic support. Main Responsibilities Communication & Marketing Managing company newsletters and press releases Coordinating with the press office and media review Creating content in collaboration with internal teams (e.g., campaigns and marketing materials) Events & Fairs Organizing and managing events and trade shows for different company divisions Operational coordination (booking spaces, shipments, administrative procedures) Overseeing stand design and materials Producing branded merchandise and gadgets Managing participants : travel arrangements, briefings, and follow-up Presence on-site and PR activities during events Post-event analysis and reporting (attendance, results, ROI) Requirements Previous experience in a similar role (events, communication, or marketing) At least 3 years of experience in the motorcycle sector (OEM, aftermarket, distribution) Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Familiarity with digital communication tools (newsletters, CMS, social media) Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams Problem-solving skills and autonomous activity management Willingness to travel (national / international) Good command of English Degree in Economics / Communication Sciences Additional Information What we offer : A dynamic environment focused on innovation Opportunities to work on transversal projects with visibility Supportive and collaborative team Opportunities for professional growth and development Training The workplace is located in Alonte (VI).
