Why This Role is Right for You As an IT Legal SR Specialist, you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. You'll oversee all aspects of contract negotiations, obligations, and implementation. Your duties include negotiating contracts, advising management, and supervising the implementation of contracts for optimal efficiency. The role operates within the Legal Department in Italy, focused on the IT domain, with close contact with an international environment. About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Create standard contracts for internal and external partners (specific to IT Area) Study the requirements, duties, and obligations under contracts to ensure alignment with company goals and industry regulations Supervise contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines Research business partners and their history prior to drafting or signing contracts Monitor the implementation and performance of signed contracts Maintain, update, and improve contractual records What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone eager to make a difference.
