Job Description
ResilTech is looking for a System Administrator to take ownership of our well-established internal IT infrastructure. The system administrator will work closely with the IT Manager to ensure the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of our systems. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain internal IT systems, including servers, networks, and user workstations. Provide first and second-level support to internal users (Helpdesk). Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability. Implement and maintain security best practices across systems. Collaborate with other teams to support development and testing environments. Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Required Technical Skills Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, and experience with configuring routers, switches, and firewalls. Familiarity with virtualization technologies. Basic scripting skills (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) to automate routine tasks. Experience in Helpdesk support and troubleshooting. Proven experience in managing and maintaining Windows and Linux servers. Preferred/Optional Skills Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages: MySQL, Python, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices. Experience with Microsoft 365 administration. Ability to manage and update WordPress websites. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks. Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills. High sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Ability to follow operational procedures and produce documentation and reports. Language Requirements Italian: Minimum level B2. English: Minimum level B2. J-18808-Ljbffr
