Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment & Consulting is searching for an international Food Ingredients Company with a global Network of Plants, Sales offices, R&D Centres the Operations Mananger Food Ingredients Location: Northern Italy onsite Please apply only in English not Italian Please apply only if you have experience in Food Ingredients and you know the technologies like drying, extraction, mixing Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English In charge of some European plants, therefore this position includes traveling Tasks PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Direct and coordinate all plant and supply chain operations within company policies and procedures. Responsible for plant production goals. Establish and maintain a positive community relationship. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff. Conduct employee performance reviews. Schedule and conduct plant meetings. Responsible for the product quality control for the plant Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings. Requirements University degree in Engineering, Food technology or a related field at least 10 years experience in a similar position Significant manufacturing knowledge in the food industry advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills Strong ability to build and motivate a team Experience in Technologies like drying, extraction, mixing Experience in B2B with more SKU´s Knowledge of Batch & Continuous Production advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills Strong ability to build and motivate a teams J-18808-Ljbffr
