About the Role The Project Control Manager leads the project control team and coordinates all project control activities for projects of varying size and complexity, including Turn Key projects. The role ensures full compliance with contractual requirements, company standards, quality requirements, and directives from the Project Director / Project Manager. Responsibilities Prepare, for their area of responsibility, and collaborate on defining the overall Project Execution Plan with the Project Director / Manager and key personnel such as Procurement Manager, Construction Manager, and Project Engineer Manager. Create and maintain project control procedures, guidelines, and standards in cooperation with and coordinating the Project Control Engineers (cost control, planning, and document control engineers). Coordinate the finalization and implementation of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), involving key project personnel to ensure consistency and feasibility in accordance with contractual requirements. Be fully proficient and autonomous in using and coordinating company tools such as Primavera P6, SAP, Primavera Schedule Risk Analysis, and Acumen Fuse. Coordinate the preparation of the Top-Down Schedule and detailed project schedules, involving key personnel as appropriate. Represent the Project Control activities as the single point of contact for the Company, the Client, and internal stakeholders, alongside the Project Director / Project Manager. Conduct original budget preparation by coordinating project control resources and facilitating inputs from the Commercial Department. Evaluate scope changes, design modifications, and contract variances in terms of time and cost, supporting the Contract Manager in preparing Change Orders. Qualifications Personal Attributes: Experience in project control, including planning and cost control. Willingness to travel short-term within Italy and abroad. Availability for medium to long-term assignments abroad (jobsites, branches, etc.). English proficiency in speaking and writing is required. J-18808-Ljbffr
