Travelling Technician

AES is an Alvest company and a worldwide leader in Ground Support Equipment, partnering with TLD, SAS, Sage Parts, and AES. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Travelling Technician . The position is based in Rome. As a member of the maintenance team, you will work with customers across Italy to maintain airport equipment: Carry out preventive or corrective maintenance at customer sites and update/install options on equipment. Detect the origin of faults, establish diagnoses by following logical and methodological procedures. Replace or repair defective parts and components, and carry out tests and adjustments. Record all activities in our CMMS software to ensure optimal time tracking and feedback. Serve as the key contact for our customers in the field and represent our company professionally. Qualifications: Maintenance diploma in agricultural machinery, construction, heavy goods vehicles, trucks, or equivalent experience. Technical knowledge in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and automated systems. Familiarity with problem analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution techniques. Autonomous, rigorous, with initiative, responsiveness, and organizational skills. Good analytical and synthesis skills, with excellent interpersonal skills. Professional English (B2 level) preferred.
