Pre-Construction Manager

True are working with a rapidly growing, award-winning M&E Contractor that is expanding its team with the appointment of a Pre-Construction Manager. The business is experiencing significant growth across the UK and Europe, with a clear trajectory toward reaching a £400 million turnover by 2030. They operate across the Data Centre, Life Sciences, Industrial, and Commercial sectors. As Pre-Construction Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the early project stages—managing relationships from initial engagement through Design, BIM, and Commercial phases, ensuring a smooth transition into Operations. Your oversight will be critical in keeping programmes aligned and on track throughout the pre-construction journey. This role would be well suited to a current Pre-Cons Manager, or alternatively a Contracts Manager, Business Development Manager or Building Services Manager who's interested in taking a step closer to clients: Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all preconstruction activities from design through to delivery. Manage bids, tenders, and client relationships during early project stages. Support business development and client presentations. Oversee design reviews, compliance, and value engineering. Liaise with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and project setup.
