Job Description
We are now looking for a Scrum Master to enhance our product development using multi-team Scrum to maximize value and learning. We are adopting the LeSS framework to help us in our improvement journey. We are seeking an empathic and resourceful Scrum Master who will serve as an agile coach, change agent, and teacher. This role involves enabling teams and the broader organization and fostering a collaborative work environment. The preferred location for the position is in Drunen, The Netherlands (minimum 2-3 days per week in the office). What are your main tasks and responsibilities? Trying to uphold LeSS values and principles. Coach your team to expand their capabilities, facilitate self-management and adopt modern product development practices. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to increase knowledge and understanding. Collaborate with People Managers and stakeholders to address systemic impediments. Foster and create an environment where teams are empowered, maintain a whole product focus, and continuously learn and improve. Facilitate LeSS events as needed. What do we expect from you? An experimental and learning mindset. Ability to challenge the status quo and foster systemic improvement. Excellent communication-, conflict resolution-, and facilitation skills. Experience in coaching beyond the team. Deep understanding of the (LeSS) Scrum Guide and LeSS principles. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a multi-team or large product development environment. Proficiency in English. Hands-on experience in teaching software development practices (e.g., pair programming, test-driven development, refactoring) is a strong plus. Relevant Scrum Master education and certifications (e.g., PSM II/III, LeSS Practitioner or Coach certification) are a plus. Why you and us?
