MAIN MISSION Support the industrial development of the site in the areas of environment, hygiene, and safety. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE (JOB TECHNICALITY) Assess risks, propose, and implement preventive actions and improvements in working conditions and environmental protection. Monitor preventive actions and improvements related to working conditions. Responsible for the implementation of the management system according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Manage HSE documentation, including procedures and initiatives. Analyze accidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented and followed up. Ensure site and product compliance with regulations and Group requirements. Conduct regulatory monitoring and alert on associated risks. In collaboration with the maintenance department, ensure proper execution of mandatory regulatory inspections on site, such as: lifting equipment, electrical systems, pressure equipment, fire protection, sprinkler systems, fire detection, forklifts, work at height, etc. (non-exhaustive list), and follow up on required compliance actions. Foster a true safety and environmental culture by leading all preventive actions, such as safety visits implemented internally and required by the Group. Participate in CSSCT (Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee) meetings. Act as the point of contact for various internal and external stakeholders (HR, employees, DREAL, Labor Inspectorate, etc.). Ensure site security. Guarantee the proper execution of Group procedures and certifications. Develop and enforce guidelines, rules, procedures, and operating modes related to occupational health and safety (PPE, fire instructions, etc.), environmental practices (waste sorting, etc.), and quality, in accordance with HSE policies, internal regulations, and applicable laws. Define and propose the HSE and Fire Safety training plan. Responsible for the accurate completion of regulatory measurements. PROFILE Holder of a Bachelor's degree (BAC3) or higher, with at least 5 years of professional experience in industry and in legislation related to hygiene, occupational safety, and the environment. Knowledge of first aid/fire safety and ergonomics would be appreciated. Fluent English required to communicate effectively within the Group. Adaptability, proactiveness, and excellent communication skills are essential.
