This role is crucial in ensuring the effective implementation and continuous improvement of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies and practices across the organization’s operations. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards across operational sites Conduct risk assessments , safety inspections, audits, and accident investigations Monitor and enforce compliance with local and EU HSE regulations Support continuous improvement programs and promote a strong safety-first culture Deliver training and toolbox talks to staff and contractors Prepare QHSE reports, KPIs, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders Act as the primary contact for QHSE-related matters across departments Candidate Requirements Proven experience in a QHSE Officer or HSE Coordinator role, ideally in the maritime, shipbuilding, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors In-depth knowledge of ISO management systems and HSE legislation Strong communication skills in both French and English Additional European language(s) considered a plus Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities EU passport or existing right to work in France strongly preferred Relevant qualifications or certifications in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or Quality Assurance Benefits Competitive gross salary of €55,000/year Opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment Supportive team culture focused on safety, quality, and sustainability Ongoing professional development To apply, please send your CV in English or French to info@rawresourcing.com Subject line: "QHSE Officer – France"
