Job Responsibilities： 1.Organize and implement production plans, rationally allocate human and material resources, monitor production progress, ensure that products are delivered on time, with high quality, and meet market demand； 2.Formulate standard production output and reasonably allocate production personnel； 3.Monitor the production quality and efficiency of this department and make continuous improvements； 4.Cost control, production safety control, and personnel resignation control of this department； 5.Understand the production status of the production area, gradually optimize the rework method and improve the final yield. Job requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Production engineering, more than 3 years of production management experience; 2.Proficient in the entire production process, familiar with site management, target management, engineering improvement, ISO training; 3.Possess excellent leadership, communication, coordination, decision-making and stress resistance abilities.
