Youll dive into vast, complex datasets, build robust models, and translate findings into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders. What Youll Do: Design, build, and deploy predictive and optimisation models (classification, regression, and clustering). Uncover patterns, trends, and causal relationships in large datasets to solve key business challenges. Visualize and communicate findings using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, making complex data understandable and impactful. Own the data pipeline, from cleaning to transforming raw data into analysis-ready insights. Design and execute A/B tests to validate new strategies. Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and product teams to embed your solutions into daily operations. Stay ahead by championing innovative data science, ML, and AI methodologies. What You Bring: Masters or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields. Strong Python (pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn) and/or SAS skills, plus SQL for data wrangling. Deep statistical knowledge and hands-on machine learning experience with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical insights simply and effectively. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, thriving in ambiguity. (Bonus) Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SAS Visual Analytics. (Bonus) Familiarity with Spark/Hadoop and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
