Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Design, specify, and oversee the installation of electrical systems for conveyor projects Perform fault finding, upgrades, and optimisation of conveyor electrical controls Develop and review technical documentation, including drawings, wiring diagrams, and control philosophies Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements Coordinate with Mechanical Engineers, Project Managers, and site teams Provide technical support during commissioning and post-installation troubleshooting Minimum Requirements: BEng in Electrical Engineering 35 years experience working with conveyor systems (design, installation, or maintenance) Proficient in electrical design software (e.g., EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical) Knowledge of PLCs, VSDs, and MCCs Site exposure and willingness to travel occasionally for project requirements ECSA registration or working towards professional registration is beneficial
