Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements. Translate business needs into clear functional documentation. Document procedures, workflows, and business processes. Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO. Manage requirement changes and maintain comprehensive BA documentation. Support UAT to ensure delivered features meet business requirements. Continuously improve analysis tools and processes.
