Senior electrical engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a key leadership role focused on the design, development, and delivery of complex electrical systems and projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all electrical aspects meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical design and analysis for high-impact projects Review and approve electrical schematics, layouts, and documentation Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers Oversee electrical system installations, testing, and commissioning Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff Ensure compliance with industry codes and safety standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, IEEE) Contribute to budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred) Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical engineering roles Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (preferred) Proficient in electrical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit, or similar) Strong understanding of power distribution, control systems, and grounding Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
