Tasks and Responsibilities Gather and process all needed data for the Board. Gather and process all needed data for the Dealer Scorecard. Gather and process all needed data for the Dealer financial analysis. Monitors both performance tools above and propose predictive and preventive measures on time. Automatization of processes and tasks using programming language. Innovate new ways to look for Operational Excellence. Initiates and develops a strong relationship with all the business areas. Always looking for the highest quality of the information. Calculate & analyze KPIs from the different departments involved such as: Sales, Aftersales, VoC, CRM, Network Development, Training, Financial Services, etc. Process & deliver performance tools: KPI Scorecard, Financial Performance Dashboard and other reports. Principal support for Dealer Financial performance audits, finding improvements and potential deviations in the Dealer raw data received from each entity. Experience / Education: Recent graduate in Actuary, Public Accountant, Finance, Business Administration. Experience in automotive industry desirable.
