We are looking for a highly motivated Contract Logistics Automation Control Specialist to join us in our Mantua warehouse. We are creating a 130,000 sqm state-of-the-art, fully automated warehouse that will handle logistics services for our client adidas and serve 19 countries across Eastern and Southern Europe. How you create impact Work closely with local Operations, Planning, Technical Engineers, and IT team to ensure MHE systems optimization, project implementation, and high systems availability. Support the Contract Logistics System Manager in executing daily operations and releasing work in line with customer SLAs. Monitor and maximize the progress of daily control room operations, identify opportunities for improvement, challenge the daily DILO, and promote continuous improvement. Oversee monitoring of SCADA/WCS/WMS systems and cameras, supporting escalation for issues to maintain electro-mechanical flow of totes and pockets under engineering direction. Communicate and report technical anomalies regarding MHE systems to local Technical Engineers, respecting deadlines and priorities. Conduct regular performance reviews, measure equipment performance, document issues, and develop action plans to improve and maintain optimal performance. Develop and implement reports on MHE system operations to analyze and identify potential issues in advance. What we would like you to bring 0 - 5 years' experience in large-scale (>300FTE) highly automated fulfillment operations, preferably in eCommerce, Fashion, or Retail sectors within multinational companies with matrix structures. Experience with metrics and data analysis in environments with strict SLAs and deadlines, with the ability to prioritize using ticketing systems.
