ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES The Recruiting Specialist will be part of Talent Acquisition & Development team, withing People & Culture function, and will be responsible on these activities : Manage recruiting activities, including job interviews (introductory, motivational, and technical) with various stakeholders. Coordinate with the administrative team to initiate the contracting process. Oversee onboarding processes for new hires across Italy. Develop and monitor KPIs in collaboration with the reporting manager. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in humanities, social sciences, economics, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruiting (conducting interviews) and in HR-related roles. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative mindset. Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian. Language fluency will be assessed during the interview. Desirable knowledge of recruitment tools or HR software is an asset. Experience working in multicultural or international environments or the right mindset. DURATION, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Please note that this opportunity will be issued both internally and externally. The position is based in our CMCC headquarter office in Lecce. Contract and gross annual salary will be based on qualifications and working experience Welfare package, for minimum 12 months contract. Flexible working time as per internal policies.
