Main activities Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits; Ensure the timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs and objectives; Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders; Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas (e.g., new market verticals, supply chain collaborations); Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status; Collaborate with Finance to ensure credit collections; Ensure appropriate visibility of sales activities and opportunities by adopting the company CRM as required. Requirements Must have a Bachelor’s degree; 5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in fresh supply chain businesses/food systems; BtB logistics business model background; Experience in account management and building relationships with clients and suppliers - BtB; Knowledge of working with a CRM system and proficient in Excel; Strong commercial ability and excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; High energy, strong sense of commitment, results-driven; Full working proficiency in English is required.
