Field Service Engineer (m / f / d)

Responsibilities : Take over the installation of new plants, maintenance, servicing, and repair of Mühlbauer production machines at customer sites. Travel internationally for short to mid-term service assignments within our product portfolio. Create service reports and customer documentation. Provide on-site customer consulting and training. Monitor external maintenance teams, analyze malfunctions, and perform troubleshooting. Qualifications : Technical education in electronics, mechatronics, mechanics, or similar (m / f / d). Experience and enthusiasm for working in an industrial environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong technical understanding and mechanical skills. Experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery. Willingness to travel globally; initial location is Rome, Italy. Target-oriented and solution-focused mindset. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian. Strong teamwork skills. Driver's license class 3 / B.
