In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team di Solution Factory del nostro dipartimento di IT interno di Milano, potrai rappresentare una figura di leadership tecnologica per il team di sviluppo, sponsorizzando nuove soluzioni atte al miglioramento della qualità dei prodotti, dell’efficienza nello sviluppo e della sicurezza informatica. Nello specifico ti occuperai di: Implementare funzionalità in roadmap; Condividere le soluzioni tecnologiche con il team Architetture che costituiscono novità rispetto agli standard; Analizzare i requisiti funzionali che concorrono allo sviluppo delle macro funzionalità applicative; Guidare il team nella scelta delle soluzioni tecnologiche più appropriate; Tenere traccia di evolutive, segnalazioni di errore e debiti tecnici nel backlog del team; Eseguire l’analisi statica del codice secondo le linee guida stabilite nella procedura di sviluppo sicuro (sSDLC); Bugfixing; Mantenere aggiornato il repository del codice sorgente con gli ultimi sviluppi rilasciati; Mantenere aggiornati all'ultima versione le library utilizzate per lo sviluppo; Registrare l'incident in caso di segnalazione di malfunzionamento o di blocco del sistema. Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se hai le seguenti caratteristiche: 3-5 anni di esperienza come web developer; competenze nello sviluppo frontend (React, JQuery, Knockout); competenze nello sviluppo backend con tecnologia Java Enterprise (EJB3, JPA) e architetture REST; conoscenza di Quarkus ed esperienza sullo sviluppo in microservizi; orientamento al design e alla realizzazione di interfacce che migliorino la user experience; sviluppo di applicazioni in ambito mobile con tecnologie web o native; aggiornamento sulle nuove tecnologie e approcci allo sviluppo del software; propensione alla collaborazione in team; conoscenza della metodologia Agile; conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua inglese (B1). Specifically, by joining the Solution Factory Team of our internal IT department in Milan, you will represent a technological leadership figure for the development team, sponsoring new solutions aimed at improving product quality, development efficiency, and cybersecurity. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Implementing functionalities in the roadmap; Sharing technological solutions with the Architecture team that are new compared to the standards; Analyzing functional requirements that contribute to the development of macro application functionalities; Guiding the team in choosing the most appropriate technological solutions; Tracking evolutions, error reports, and technical debts in the team backlog; Performing static code analysis according to the guidelines established in the secure development procedure (sSDLC); Bug fixing; Keeping the source code repository updated with the latest released developments; Keeping the libraries used for development updated to the latest version; Recording incidents in case of malfunction or system blockage reports.
